this will adjust all L-vertebrae. 1. put balls under butt, at sides where it is deepest, ( also, most painful )
breath, and breath. If the pain is too high lift your legs up with your feet on the ground will relieve some
pain. Tennis ball ( small and more painful, a ball 2x bigger is best. ) With your legs stretched out use your feet to pull you body forward, pretend you are driving and use the brake and accelerate. The motion of using your ankle to pull yourself will stretch the L's. After a few times move the farther from the spit in your butt, pull your body with your ankles, move the ball, pull with your ankles. Your body should not travel when doing this more than a few inches. As you move the ball up you spine you will feel the pop inside your body, not with your ear. If it does not try again, and then if not pop wait 4 hours and try again. At first this is painful, and you will think "this is torture, and will not work" BREATH, every bone in your body can be adjusted, on the EXHALE , never on the inhale. So, the movement should feel as if your are trying to pull your legs away from your pelvis, thus popping the L-Vertebrae.

I have learned how to pop them all.
